FIRST PAPER SUBMISSION (REVIEW MANUSCRIPT)
- Authors are invited to submit full papers electronically as Microsoft Word Document (doc) files through EDAS.
- The decision regarding the acceptance of the papers is at the discretion of the Technical Program Committee. Note that short manuscripts (three (3) pages or less) will not be considered.
- To facilitate the paper’s double-blind peer review process, authors should make efforts to ensure that information about the authors’ identities do not appear anywhere in the text-body of the paper (for the first paper submission).
- All papers submitted to the ICSECC must be written in English. The submissions should be formatted with single-spaced, double-column on A4 pages in IEEE conference style. The conference template can be accessed through IEEE Website. Failing to conform the standard format will result in rejection.
- Kindly be advised to submit the most appropriate manuscript based on the available track and topic list that can be referred from this page.
- The accepted similarity score is maximum 20% (excluding references) as indicated in similarity check software It is suggested that the authors check the similarity score of their papers before submission.
FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION (FINAL MANUSCRIPT)
- Upon receiving the review result, the author is expected to follow the instructions given by the reviewer completely and carefully.
- Reinstate the information about the author’s identities to the paper and resubmit the paper via EDAS.
